Welcome to Listcover ("the App"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Personal Information

1. By using the App, you agree that we may collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Obligations of Individual Users (Doctors)

1. As a doctor using the App, you are required to use the App to advise your availability for any callout found within the App.
2. You must not approach the surgeon or their practice directly regarding any callout found within the App. Any attempt to bypass the App by contacting the surgeon or their practice directly will result in the automatic termination of your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile all or any portion of, or attempt to discover or recreate the source code for, any software that is part of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the App and our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Listcover Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to share any content with third parties or replicate any functionality of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The App is provided "as is". While we will use reasonable care in providing the app to you, we can't guarantee that the app will always be free from faults. We don't make any warranties about this app or your use of it.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listcover Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. You agree to indemnify Listcover Pty Ltd from any loss, claim, or expense arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App and our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
